While doing dumbell curls, it is key that you turn your wrists out about the last one-third of the exercise; hence the word 'curl.' Especially when you are doing 30 pound dumbells. It is also important that you have a good hair day.

When doing preacher curls, please remember to stand up before beginning and ending exercise so you don't hyper extend your elbows.And don't forget to smile. Lifting weights is fun!
